Returns
At THOX WEARS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unwashed.

All original tags must be attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Used or washed items.

Products damaged after delivery.

Items without original tags or packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method or bank transfer.
Exchange
If you receive the wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged product, we will exchange it free of charge.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), THOX WEARS will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
